Find Your Size

To find the best fit for your glasses, first you should look for the perfect frame width.

A frame that’s slightly wider than your face is a good place to start — no more than a finger width between the temple and your face is a good rule of thumb.
If you’ve already got a pair of glasses that fit, measure from screw to screw on the face front for a good idea of the frame width.

Other Useful Measurements
You’ll also sometimes see other measurements on the temple (arm) of your glasses. These three numbers represent different parts of the frame:
When purchasing, you need to pay attention to choosing the appropriate size of the frame. You can find the frame size you need on the details page.

Which one should i choose?
Single-Vision
Single vision lenses are glasses that help you see clearly for just one thing—either things far away (like driving) OR things up close (like reading), but not both. They use one strength all over the lens.
Non-Prescription
Non-prescription lenses don't help you see better. They're only for style or eye protection (like cutting computer glare or blocking sun). If your vision is fine, just pick frames you like – no eye exam needed!

PD
PD (Pupillary Distance) is the distance between your two pupils in millimeters. PD should be included on your prescription.
If there is no PD on your prescription, checking with your eye doctor is recommended, or measure your PD with PD Ruler.

Understanding Your Eyeglass Prescription

OD (Oculus Dexter): Your right eye prescription.

OS (Oculus Sinister): Your left eye prescription.

SPH (Sphere): Main vision correction.

- A negative number () means nearsightedness.

- A positive number (+) means farsightedness.

CYL (Cylinder): Astigmatism correction (usually a negative number like 0.75). A CYL value will always have an Axis value.

AXIS: Angle for astigmatism (1°to 180°), telling where the astigmatism correction is applied..
